The 2019 Hemingford Abbots Flower Festival has chosen the theme, 'And God planted a garden eastward in Eden' which will be reflected in the floral displays and the music and services in the church.
At least 20 gardens, several of which will also be refreshment venues, will be open throughout the village for visitors to enjoy. A rich assortment of exhibitions, displays, stalls and entertainment will ensure that there's plenty to keep you busy for the duration of your visit.
The Flower Festival is a non-commercial event, run by the village. All proceeds go towards the conservation and repair of the village church – St Margaret of Antioch.
