Snowdrop Festival

Back to events

Event information

The churchyard is a nature conservation area and in addition to the carpet of white snowdrops which appear each February you can see many wild flowers throughout the year.

The church will be open and there will be 'A Year in the Churchyard' photographic display  together with stands hosted by the Lincolnshire Wildife Trust and the local WI. The snowdrop festival is followed by a 'Songs of Praise' style service.

Refreshments will be available.

This event is hosted by St Nicholas

Fascinating Norman church with many monuments and treasures connected to Sir Thomas Barnardiston, believed to be the original 'Roundhead'.
