Peterborough Cathedral at Night: Photographers' Evening

Book online here Back to events

Event information

Have you ever attended an evening event in the Cathedral, looked at your surroundings and wished you could come back with your camera to take some amazing photographs? Well now is your chance!

On this special evening opening, amateur photographers are invited to book in for an hour’s slot during which they can explore and take pictures. There will be atmospheric evening lighting and candles will be lit.

A maximum of 30 people are allowed to attend during each hour, so that there is plenty of space for each person to get the pictures they need.

This event is hosted by Peterborough Cathedral

Founded as a monastic community in 654AD, the cathedral became one of the most significant medieval abbeys in the country, the burial place of two queens and the scene of Civil War upheavals.
