Cumbrian Dialect Service

Event information

This will be a service with a difference, including some hymns and readings in Cumbrian dialect! A special service to give thanks and celebrate the Lakeland Dialect Society and to mark its 80th anniversary.

The service starts at 3pm. Preceding this, from 11am, talks and readings relating to dialect in celebration of the society will be taking place nearby at Tullie House Museum and Art Gallery. Visit https://www.lakelanddialectsociety.co.uk/ for details.
