Bishop Rowan Williams: Poetry in the Making

Event information

Erstwhile Archbishop of Canterbury and now Master of Magdalene College, Cambridge, Dr Williams will look at what goes on in the writing of poetry, in various contexts across the centuries – the place of rhyme and metre, the way images can be used, and the relation between poetry and other kinds of seeing or thinking, including religious faith. Refreshments included from 6:30pm.
